A Midwest based commercial builder is in search of a Project Manager to be located in Raleigh, NC. This company has earned a great reputation in the market by putting emphasis on honesty, respect and deep-rooted relationships for the last 100+ years with clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers and community in general. This company builds very visible projects in general commercial, healthcare, mission critical, retail and hospitality, education and many other markets.

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
• Experience running large projects of at least $30 million
• Prior experience in healthcare, education, hospitality, mission critical, other large commercial projects
• Ability to form strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
