An NC based general contractor is in search of a Project Manager to be based in their Raleigh, NC office. They focus their efforts on a variety of commercial work including retail, big box and hospitality. They have a significant backlog of projects and are hoping to add another PM to their team. This is a privately held, mid-size builder with a diverse book of business, low turnover and loyal subcontractor base. They offer a generous compensation package and would consider a relocation allowance for the right candidate.

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction
• Experience managing projects of at least $10 million
• Ability to form strong relationships with subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field is preferred
