A regional commercial builder and developer is in search of an Assistant Project Manager to join their award-winning team. This established company has experienced successful growth and builds in general commercial markets such as healthcare, office, retail, etc. They are known in the community for their visible projects, outstanding culture and excellent retention rate.

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

• 2+ years of experience as an Assistant PM, Project Coordinator or Project Engineer
• Experience assisting with projects of at least $3 million
• Experience in working with a large team
• Ability to form strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, owners, architects, engineers, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business or related field is preferred
