Location: DeSoto, TX

Pay: $26-$27/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM

Apartment Maintenance Supervisor Opportunity

Are you a natural leader with HVAC experience and maintenance expertise? We're looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team and ensure timely completion of service requests and property upkeep.

Job Duties:

• Troubleshoot & repair common apartment maintenance issues
• Manage large community projects and maintenance schedules
• Oversee apartment turns and daily maintenance tasks
• HVAC/boiler repair and pool maintenance
• Plumbing & electrical knowledge preferred
• Light drywall repair, painting, caulking
• Install/repair appliances, change locks, replace bulbs
• Pressure washing, groundskeeping, leaf blowing

Job Requirements:

• HVAC / EPA certification (required)
• CPO License (preferred)
• Bilingual in Spanish (required)
• Strong work ethic, leadership abilities, and reliability
• Ability to manage and motivate a maintenance team
• Must own basic hand tools (power tools = a plus!)
• Able to lift 40-50 lbs
• Dependable transportation
• Friendly, customer service-oriented attitude
