Now Hiring: Sheet Metal Mechanics - Venice, FL - Commercial HVAC Project

CCS Construction Staffing is seeking experienced Sheet Metal Mechanics for a commercial HVAC project in Venice, FL. Candidates must be skilled in duct installation and be ready to start immediately. This is a hands-on role requiring dependability, precision, and the ability to work independently.

Please note: CCS does not offer on-the-job training. Only experienced and certified sheet metal mechanics will be considered.

Job Responsibilities:

• Install square and spiral ductwork
• Perform layout and fabrication tasks as needed
• Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and install sheet metal
• Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Maintain clean and safe work areas

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC duct installation experience
• Must have all necessary hand tools and PPE
• Ability to read prints and follow layout
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented attitude
