Job Description
**Up to $4,000 Hire on Bonus; $500 Referral Bonus; $500 OSHA 10 Completion**
**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring experienced **Rough Framers** for projects located in and around **Oconomowoc, WI** . This is a full time opportunity and the pay rate is **up to $38/hour** based on experience and skill level. If you are a Carpenter eager to master your skills while working alongside our accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!
**Job Scope:**
+ Residential work
+ Stick framing
+ Set floors and roof trusses
+ Frame walls
+ Blocking
+ Layout of walls and floors
+ Cut rafters
**Requirements**
+ Minimum of 2+ years of rough Carpentry experience
+ Must have basic tools of the trade and proper PPE
+ Must have OSHA 10; TI can provide training for qualified candidates ($4,000 Hire-On Bonus (with OSHA) / $3,500 (without OSHA). The $500 OSHA Completion Bonus to be paid out only if completed within 2 days of receiving the link)
