As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a talented Commercial Plumbing Mechanics to join our Tampa Florida team. The role demands a mix of technical expertise, efficiency under pressure, and excellent communication skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment. This is a safety sensitive position

Requirements

Installation and Repair:1. System Installation: Installing plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances, for commercial buildings.2. Repair and Maintenance: Diagnosing and repairing issues with plumbing systems such as leaks, blockages, or malfunctions.3. Specialized Equipment: Working with complex or specialized plumbing equipment, such as industrial-grade water heaters, grease traps, or fire sprinkler systems.Project Coordination:4. Blueprint Interpretation: Reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure proper installation and compliance.5. Material Management: Identifying and sourcing materials and tools required for specific projects.6. Team Collaboration: Coordinating with engineers, architects, and other tradespeople to ensure project timelines and specifications are met.Compliance and Safety:7. Code Adherence: Ensuring all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes and regulations.8. Safety Protocols: Following and enforcing OSHA safety standards to protect team members, clients, and the public.9. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of work performed, materials used, and inspections completed.Problem Solving:10. Rapid Issue Resolution: Troubleshooting and resolving unexpected challenges or emergencies that arise during projects.11. Customization: Adapting solutions to meet unique project requirements or space constraints.Special Projects Adaptability:12. Fast Turnaround: Managing multiple tasks and adapting quickly to changes in project priorities or scope.13. Innovation: Implementing creative or advanced plumbing solutions tailored to the specific needs of special projects.14. Client Interaction: Communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress.

Qualifications:- High School Diploma or equivalent.- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a plumber in a commercial setting.- Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Medical gas certification a plus- Excellent communication in English and problem-solving skills.- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Essential Functions: Climbing up and down ladders Push, pull and frequently carry objects as tools, materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl. - Stand and walk for long periods of time. - See and hear well with or without correction to avoid safety hazards to themselves and others. Overtime and weekend availability, regular attendance Work in heat and various other weather conditions Travel to current job sites within Florida
