Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced General Laborers for projects located in the Knoxville, TN area . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $22/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

  • Assist in the rehabilitation of apartments from fire, water, and smoke damage
  • Roof repairs
  • Demo of damaged materials
  • Tear out & dispose of damaged drywall, insulation, flooring, cabinets, and sub-flooring
  • Remove fire damaged roofing materials and debris
  • Strip areas down to studs or substructures
  • Clean soot, debris, and water from surfaces
  • Set up & maintain containment areas for dust and debris control
  • Load, haul & dispose of waste
  • Install temporary supports or protective coverings
  • Operate a pressure washer
  • Clean all areas
  • Maintain pressure washer
Requirements
  • Lift up to 75 lbs
  • Must pass a background check
  • All PPE
  • OSHA 10; TI can provide training for qualified candidates
