FT - Agricultural Equipment Operator/Farm Laborer - Cropping Only

Triple Z Farm, LLC is currently seeking farm laborers (cropping only - no livestock) with extraordinary skills to complete tillage, planting, harvesting, cutting, packing feed, etc. as well as inspect and maintain vehicle supplies and equipment, such as gas, oil, water, tires, lights, and brakes, and daily inspections.

This individual will be responsible for operating company machinery/vehicles and accurate record-keeping in accordance with state and federal regulations. Individuals must be 18 years or older and have experience and judgment to plan and accomplish assigned goals economically and efficiently. Individuals must have excellent interpersonal skills along with solid leadership and communication skills. This individual must be organized, hard-working, self-motivated, able to communicate clearly, and work with others in a fast-paced environment. Individual will be required to maintain a good driving record and a valid drivers license. Individuals must have the ability to utilize strengths of team members as take direction from others while completing tasks in a safe and efficient manner.

Recent agriculture, farming, and machinery operation background is required. High School diploma or equivalent is also required. A Commercial Drivers License is preferred but not required.

Must be available to work nights, weekends, and out-of-town work in upper Michigan as needed.
