Job Title: Survey Drafter
Job Description
We are looking to add a Survey Drafter to our team to assist with the design of land development and public works for upcoming projects. This is a desk-based position requiring proficiency in drafting with CAD/Civil 3D. Projects include municipal infrastructure such as bridges, building and facility sites, roadways, and streetscapes, as well as residential and commercial developments in urban and suburban areas.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain survey records, maps, and reports.
- Analyze survey data and create detailed drawings using CAD software.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate surveying for projects.
- Provide guidance and support to field crews during surveying operations.
Essential Skills
- Experience as a CAD Technician with survey drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Strong skills in surveying, drafting, and land surveying.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with Microstation Software.
- Experience with Open Roads Software.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
