Construction Project Manager
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager who specializes in both new construction and interior renovations, including embassies, multifamily, commercial, and interior fit-outs. The Project Manager ensures that projects are profitable and delivered on time, while building and maintaining good relationships with owners, vendors, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

  • Liaise between owner, design team, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure and confirm trade scopes of work are clear and accurate.
  • Accurately forecast project profits.
  • Coordinate directly with superintendents on manpower needs, scopes of work, and sequence of work.
  • Produce schedules.
  • Administer contract obligations.
  • Ensure subcontractors are paid on time for monies earned.
  • Coach and mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.
Essential Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office Programs and Building Connected Pro Software
  • Experience with change orders and RFIs
  • 5 to 10 years of experience
  • Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office software
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with both interior and ground-up commercial construction
Work Environment

The work environment is fast-paced and deadline-oriented with a high level of ownership for errors. The culture in the office and on-site is one of collaboration and teamwork, with everyone working closely together to ensure deadlines are met efficiently with high-quality work. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $140000.00/hr.
