Key Responsibilities

Lead field execution for multi-million-dollar, high-end residential and condominium community rain gutter installations
Read and interpret project specs with accuracy
Oversee precision installation of seamless K-style gutter systems (aluminum and copper)
Manage technical crews, ensuring adherence to performance standards and job timelines
Troubleshoot field issues in real-time and develop engineered solutions independently
Maintain technical documentation and installation logs
Collaborate with project managers to optimize equipment use, materials, and manpower

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years of recent, hands-on experience as a Lead Gutter Installer
Proven project execution skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
Ability to lift 80+ lbs, work on roofs/ladders, and navigate active job sites
Experience with precision measurement tools, jobsite planning, and safety compliance
Valid driver's license and clean driving/background record
US citizenship or a valid work visa is required
English proficient
