Crate Pros is seeking motivated and dependable team members to help us serve our growing customer base as Crate Builders who help bring our customers' packaging needs to life through incredible attention to detail, excellent craftsmanship, and a desire to serve each customer as if he or she were a family member!

We handle some of the most unique, fragile, oversized, and high-value freight in the Southeast (ranging from Taylor Swift's Throne of Snakes to super-sensitive outer space hardware), so you will be in an environment that provides variety and excitement every day. All you have to do is bring your best every day and have the desire to grow and learn with a team of highly motivated professionals!

Prospective candidates should have some or all of the following skills/experience (in order of priority):

- Motivated, coachable, dependable, disciplined
- Excellent attention to detail and takes great pride in work
- Construction (framing or carpentry) experience
- Can lift at least 50 pounds and in great physical shape for hard but rewarding work
- Can read and understand detailed written instructions, including a tape measure
- Driver's license with reliable motorized transportation

Not required but very helpful:
- Veterans
- Previous experience with a miter saw, panel saw, and nail guns
- Enjoyment of helping customers with solving their problems
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)

The primary working environment is indoors and it is temperature controlled in the winter. Work is typically 7AM-330PM, with occasional overtime and weekends.

Employees are immediately eligible for company-paid holidays and medical insurance coverage that is paid 60% by the company; after 1 year of service, employees are eligible for our 401(k), where the company matches 4% of your contributions!
