Job Title: Rough In Carpenter-Framing Location: Alcoa, TN Pay: $20-$25 per hour (based on experience) Hours: 7:00am to 3:30pm Job Description: We are hiring a Carpenter for a short-term commercial remodel project in Alcoa, TN. This role involves building new walls, installing metal or wood studs, and removing existing walls that do not align with updated construction plans. Key Responsibilities: Build and frame new interior and partition walls to spec Install wood or metal studs per updated blueprints Demo and remove old walls as needed for layout changes Ensure all framing is level, plumb, and aligned with prints Work closely with site supervisor to stay on schedule Maintain a clean and safe work environment Requirements: Experience with commercial framing and wall construction Ability to read and follow construction drawings Skilled with hand and power tools Tools needed saws, measuring tape, hammer and level Must have reliable transportation Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Job requires proper use of PPE: Hard Hat, Safety Vest, Safety Glasses, Boots and Gloves If you are interested in this job, please text "TN" to ... for a quick response with more information about the job.
