Hours & Pay

Shifts Available: 12-hour shifts | 7:00 AM - 7:20 PM (rotating 4 days one week, 3 the next)

Pay Rate: $23.50 - $41.50/hour based on experience, skills, and shift

Shift Differential: +$3.00/hr (11:00 PM-7:20 AM), +$0.30/hr (3:00 PM-11:20 PM)

Overtime: Paid after 36 hours in Week 1 and after 40 hours in Week 2

Daily Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Install, test, and maintain electrical systems, machinery, and support equipment
  • Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical issues
  • Read blueprints and schematics to install wiring, switches, motors, and transformers
  • Program and maintain PLCs, robotics, CNC equipment, and HMIs
  • Follow all safety standards and regulations (NEC, OSHA, etc.)
  • Perform preventative maintenance and complete detailed documentation
  • Participate in training and assist in mentoring other team members

Requirements

  • Industrial electrician experience preferred
  • Proficient with electrical schematics, PLCs (Allen Bradley), and robotics (Kawasaki)
  • Knowledge of low/high voltage systems, NEC standards, and motion control
  • Must have reliable transportation and the ability to work any shift in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Electrical certifications or journeyman credentials are a plus
