We are seeking a Nuclear Safety Manager who thrives in high-stakes environments and is driven by mission. In this role, you'll take full ownership of nuclear safety strategy-from system design and integration to regulatory execution-ensuring nothing gets built that isn't safe to operate. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with elite engineers and regulatory experts, moving fast, solving hard problems, and making decisions that have real-world consequences. Objectives: Own the full lifecycle of Nuclear Safety documentation Manage the safety team for the evaluation and implementation of safety principles from reference plants into IROFS designs Oversee and document critical system interfaces Evaluate design changes against license applications per 10CFR70 requirements Collaborate with the Licensing group on ISA Summary maintenance Coordinate with various departments to maintain the Integrated Schedule Manage Process Hazard Analysis, Criticality Hazard Analysis, Fire Hazard Analysis, and External Hazard Analysis Develop and maintain Nuclear Safety Programs, plans, and procedures Lead major system safety reviews Ensure compliance with NRC regulations and safety standards
