Job Title: Superintendent of Construction
Job Description
The Superintendent of Construction will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing construction projects to ensure they meet deadlines and budget constraints. The role involves creating and managing project timelines, supervising construction processes, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and OSHA standards. The successful candidate will interpret architectural and engineering drawings and monitor construction quality. Proficiency in technical software such as AutoCAD, Procore, Bluebeam, BIM, and MS Project is required.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects to ensure they meet deadlines and budget constraints.
- Create and manage project timelines, coordinating with various teams for timely completion.
- Supervise construction processes, materials, and methods to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to guide construction activities.
- Ensure adherence to OSHA standards to maintain a safe work environment.
- Monitor construction work to ensure it meets required standards and specifications.
- Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Procore, Bluebeam, BIM, and MS Project for project management and documentation.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.
Essential Skills
- Experience in superintendent roles, subcontractor management, and construction management.
- Proficiency in Procore and blueprint reading.
- Knowledge in restaurant, retail, and commercial construction.
- Experience in construction supervision and general contracting.
- Understanding of safety protocols, project management, and quality control.
- Familiarity with tenant improvement, RFI, site construction, and mixed-use projects.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $52.00/hr.
