Job Description:

We are looking for a

hands-on OCP Architect

with strong expertise in

Java

and

OpenShift Container Platform (OCP)

. Experience in

Java or .NET

is

mandatory

. This role focuses on

application architecture

, not infrastructure or DevOps.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead application migrations from PCF/TAS to OCP.

Architect and manage Java-based applications on OCP and Kubernetes.

Optimize CI/CD pipelines (Spinnaker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).

Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to deliver cloud-native solutions.

Mentor engineering teams and ensure alignment on technical solutions.

Required Skills:

15+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in OCP and Kubernetes.

Strong hands-on experience with

Java

(and/or .NET).

Proven background in enterprise-level application development and migrations.

Familiar with tools like Move2Kube, Konveyor, OpenRewrite.

Experience in financial or regulated industries is a plus.
