un Engineer or Architect for Energy Plan and Alteration1 compensation: TBD looking for an or licensed architect engineer who can draw an energy plan that complies with NYCECC 2020. This plan is required for an alteration 1 project in Brooklyn. We already have the MEP and the architectural plans for the project, but they need to be amended slightly.
