Project Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and manage Phase 1 and 2 of new proposed major projects and programs on behalf of a project sponsor. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders to ensure successful project initiation and planning.

Job Functions & Responsibilities Lead and manage the development of proposals for new major projects and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Coordinate and oversee the completion of Phase 1 (Initiation) and Phase 2 (Planning) activities, including feasibility studies, project scoping, and resource planning.

Work closely with the project sponsor to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints.

Develop and maintain project documentation, including project charters, business cases, and detailed project plans.

Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, legal, and operations, to ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables.

Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or success.

Prepare and present project proposals, status updates, and recommendations to senior management and other key stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices throughout the proposal development process.

Track and report on project progress, including key milestones, deliverables, and budget status.

Skills A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on proposal development and early-stage project planning.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results within established deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.

Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar.

PMP or other relevant project management certification is highly desirable.

Experience in the energy, construction, or infrastructure sectors is a plus.

Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
