Project Manager Business Development

The ideal candidate has a strong background managing commercial construction projects in public works and/or theme park environments , particularly those with ties to Walt Disney World or similar attractions . This person must be a self-starter with the ability to identify opportunities, build relationships, and manage multimillion-dollar projects with excellence. What You'll Do: Lead business development efforts with public and private clients Build and manage strategic relationships across municipalities, developers, and entertainment organizations Oversee the full life cycle of commercial construction projects Ensure timelines, budgets, compliance, and safety standards are met Represent the company at industry events and client meetings Serve as the right hand to the founding partners in growing and shaping the company Requirements: 10-12+ years in commercial construction with proven leadership in public works or theme park environments PMP certification (required) Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Strong background in both project delivery and business development Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to grow something meaningful from the ground up
