What You'll Do

• Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to keep projects running smoothly.
• Oversee budgets, scheduling, procurement, and risk management.
• Conduct site inspections to maintain safety and compliance with industry standards.
• Lead team meetings and project reporting to ensure clear communication among stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of construction project management experience (commercial, clean room, pharma, semiconductor preferred)

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

Strong leadership & communication skills to manage teams effectively

Experience with project management software (Procore, Sage, Bluebeam, etc.)

PMP certification is a plus

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $150000.00/hr.
