Skilled Window Installer

Total Comfort Weatherization has been voted as the Best Window Installer in the Willamette Valley for every year for over a decade, and we need your help to continue being the best. We are seeking retrofit/remodel window installation crew leaders and skilled laborers. Minimum qualifications include:

- A desire to work and great customer service skills
- At least 3 years skilled construction experience
- Knowledge (or eagerness to learn) of window installation techniques and practices
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds on a regular basis and safely work on ladders
- A valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- A clean drug screening and background check

Pay is determined on qualifications, but most installers make $48,000-$60,000 per year and enjoy paid time off, paid holidays, retirement, & stable year-round hours with no layoffs.
