- Skilled Metal Roofers (ASM preferred, but not mandatory)
- Sheet Metal and Architectural Sheet Metal Journeyman
- Architectural Sheet Metal Apprentices
- Individuals with construction experience who are interested in a career in roofing and cladding
- Experienced laborers for metal crew
