Job title: Welder
Location: Bedford, OH
Shift: 2 nd (3:30 pm to 11:30 pm Monday through Thursday with OT on Friday as needed)
Salary: $22 to $26 based on experience and weld test with a $1 shift differential

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Welder with experience in MIG, TIG, and Aluminum welding to join our 2nd shift team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and components to high-quality standards while maintaining safety and productivity.

Job description:

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum components
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and welding symbols
• Prepare materials and set up welding equipment based on specifications
• Inspect welded surfaces for defects and ensure compliance with company and industry standards
• Perform grinding, cutting, and finishing tasks as needed
• Maintain clean and safe work area in compliance with safety policies
• Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet production goals

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in MIG, TIG, and Aluminum welding
• Strong understanding of welding techniques, tools, and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Familiarity with welding safety standards and procedures
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Welding certification(s) a plus but not required
• Must have your own welding gear

• Ability to pass a preemployment screening
