Job Summary:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring Construction Laborers for a short-term support role in Hendersonville, TN. Ideal candidates will be helping with unloading semi trailers and pulling out ductwork on-site. This is a physical job that requires attention to safety and teamwork.

Job Duties:

• Unload HVAC materials from trailers
• Pull and organize ductwork for installation teams
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow supervisor instructions and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move heavy materials
• Experience in a construction environment preferred
• Must bring full PPE (hard hat, gloves, safety glasses, vest, and boots)
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and ability to take direction
