Location: The Villages, Florida

Job Type: Full-Time / Project-Based

Shift: Day Shift

Duration: 2 Weeks with Potential for Extension

Compensation: Based on Experience

Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is now hiring a qualified Electrician for a day shift project in The Villages, FL. This project is expected to last 2 weeks, with the possibility of extension based on performance. Spanish-speaking electricians are welcome, and a lift certification is required for this role.

Job Duties:

Perform commercial electrical tasks including running conduit, pulling wire, and installing fixtures
Operate lifts to complete elevated work safely and efficiently
Read blueprints and electrical schematics
Work closely with site supervisors to complete tasks on schedule
Maintain a clean and safe job site

Requirements:

Proven electrical experience in a commercial setting
Lift certification required
Must bring basic hand tools and wear full PPE (hard hat, gloves, safety glasses, safety vest, boots)
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Spanish speakers welcome
Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
