We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and performing the preventive maintenance, repair, and installation of industrial equipment and systems. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring technical expertise in industrial maintenance along with the ability to supervise and train a team of maintenance personnel.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience repairing processing equipment in a cleanroom environment. Applicable military experience strongly considered.

Prior experience operating and/or maintaining industrial washers, dryers, steam tunnels, automated folders, conveyors, boilers, overhead hoists, and reverse osmosis water treatment equipment.

Proficient in the proper use of power tools, forklifts, manlifts, and hand tools.

Proficient in reading blueprints, electrical wiring, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other diagrams.

2+ years of experience managing a team in an industrial environment.

Previous experience managing a budget, planning maintenance activities, supervising vendors/contractors, and using a computerized maintenance system.

High school Diploma or GED required.

Occasional travel may be required to attend company seminars, training sessions.

Essential Functions:

Performing preventative maintenance, repairing, and installing industrial equipment, water systems, and other industrial systems.

Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues with automated, PLC driven equipment requiring specialized knowledge of electricity, electronics, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, welding, HVAC, boiler operation, and wastewater processing.

Managing multiple priorities and maintaining adequate response times to maintenance requests.

Managing parts and labor budgets, preparing maintenance reports, managing outside service providers, conducting training, and maintaining staffing levels.

Keep accurate records of maintenance performed and equipment conditions.

Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and industry best practices. As well as understanding and complying with all laws and regulations relating to the safe, environmentally responsible, and ethical operation of our facilities.

Maintaining a positive team environment with enthusiasm, initiative, and pride in your team's work. Working with other employees in a cooperative and professional way.

Looking for opportunities to continually improve maintenance processes and plant functioning.

Occasionally work off-shift hours or weekends to accomplish special projects and overhauls.

Other duties as required.
