General Laborer Job Description We are seeking a dedicated General Laborer to join our team. This role involves participating in on-the-job training and performing a variety of tasks to support our production and maintenance efforts. Responsibilities Follow detailed instructions for assigned work. Participate in all on-the-job training sessions. Perform maintenance, housekeeping, cleaning, and organizing functions as needed. Adhere to facility work rules and company safety policies and procedures. Fill in on an as-needed basis on fabricating machines. Package, sort, and stock parts and materials. Assemble parts and products. Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock. Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders. Essential Skills Experience with general labor tasks. Proficiency in production processes. Ability to use power tools. Experience with assembly tasks. Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
