General Laborer Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and versatile candidate to join our team as a General Laborer. This role involves engaging in production and shipping/receiving tasks. The ideal candidate will be open to cross-training in other areas, ensuring a dynamic and varied work experience. Responsibilities Assist in production processes and ensure efficient workflow. Handle shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Engage in packaging, labeling, and assembly duties. Utilize hand and power tools for various tasks. Participate in picking and packing activities. Contribute to fabrication processes as needed. Essential Skills Experience in general labor, packaging, and shipping & receiving. Proficiency in labeling and assembly tasks. Ability to effectively use hand and power tools. Experience in production and fabrication processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse environment is a plus. Willingness to cross-train in various roles. Why Work Here? The facility is non-climate controlled with a single forklift operating in the area. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Earth City, Missouri. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
