$140,000 - $170,000 + Training + Progression + Car Allowance + Benefits Package

Are you a Site Superintendent with Civil groundworks experience, looking to join a well-established business and play a major role in the company, leading a 25-strong team on exciting New York construction projects?

This company has operated for over 40 years and specializes in the Heavy Civil Construction industry. As a result of expansion, they're looking to bring on a Site Superintendent to run major construction projects.

This position is field-based, working across a range of local sites. You will work directly alongside the General Superintendent, overseeing the construction team and ensuring all site operations run smoothly.

This role would suit a Site Superintendent looking to work on local multi-million-dollar projects for a growing business at the forefront of its industry.

The role:

* Field based role working on a range of local projects

* Leading a team of 25 contracting and reporting to the General Superintendent

* Future progression to General Superintendent

The Person:

* Civil / Construction groundworks background

* Experience leading a team of around 20

* Looking to work on multi-million dollar projects in the local area
