We're seeking a Heavy Equipment Field Mechanic in Portland, OR to perform preventative and non-scheduled maintenance on various types of equipment.
We are currently offering a limited-time sign-on bonus of $4,000 for new hires with a valid CDL license, and sign-on bonuses for new hires without a current CDL license are also available at a reduced amount. New employees who meet the criteria outlined in our sign-on bonus program will be eligible for the full payout.
The pay range for this position is $30.00-$35.00 per hour depending on experience. We offer 100% fully paid on-the-job training.

What You'll Do:
Inspect, repair, and replace components and systems on industrial trucks and operational equipment.
Complete repairs and regular maintenance on a variety of equipment, including hydraulics, electrical systems, robotics, high-pressure water pumps, and other relevant components.
Conduct thorough inspections of brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings, and other crucial parts to ensure optimal operational conditions.
Use measuring and diagnostic tools to evaluate and test equipment, making adjustments, conducting tests, and performing repairs,
Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues, maintaining detailed daily maintenance and repair records.
Move machinery as needed,
Manage inventories of equipment, parts, and supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment, including proper upkeep of tools and equipment.
What We Need from You:
Minimum of 5 years of mechanical experienc
