Painter - Journeyman

America's Home Pros, a fast-growing company in the Phoenix area, is seeking a skilled Journeyman Painter with a strong focus on exterior painting and well-rounded handyman abilities to join our team. This is a valley-wide role serving existing customers with high-quality service and repairs. Key Responsibilities:

Perform expert-level exterior painting (brush, bucket, and small spray jobs) to deliver flawless finishes.
Handle minor exterior repairs, including stucco patching, drywall work, wood trim fixes, window/door adjustments, light carpentry, and basic electrical tasks.
Use company apps and software efficiently for job tracking and communication.
Collect payments and manage past-due balances with professionalism.
Collaborate as a team player with a positive attitude to ensure customer satisfaction and earn 5-star reviews.
Qualifications:

Proven expertise in exterior painting (mandatory) and drywall work. Stucco and carpentry skills are a pluswe can train!
Must own a full set of painting tools, ladders, and spray rig.
Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
Comfortable working MondayFriday, with occasional flexibility for customer needs.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
