Construction Laborer

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in various construction projects, assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Our company values work-life balance and usually works 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks such as digging trenches, mixing concrete, and erecting scaffolding.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met.
Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols on the job site.
Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors immediately.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is a plus.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced tradespeople.
A valid driver's license may be required for certain positions.
