Lead HVAC installer wanted

5+ years experience. We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to install, maintain, and repair various HVAC units. This role requires mechanical knowledge and the ability to read and interpret schematics. The HVAC Installer will work in residential and commercial settings, ensuring systems operate efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
Install new HVAC systems, including air conditioning units and ammonia refrigeration systems.
Perform routine maintenance on existing HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning HVAC systems, including boilers and field service issues.
Weld components as necessary to complete installations or repairs.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Drive company vehicles to job sites as required.

Requirements
Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand schematics and technical drawings.
Proficiency in installing and maintaining air conditioning systems and ammonia refrigeration units.
Experience with welding techniques is preferred.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience as a van driver is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
