Superintendent Lead with Purpose, Build with Excellence

As a Superintendent, youll be at the forefront of our field operations, driving project success through hands-on leadership and strategic oversight. Youll manage multiple Foremen and craft professionals, ensuring that every phase of construction meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Youll be responsible for:

  • Leading field operations with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity
  • Coordinating work methods, schedules, and cost controls to meet project goals
  • Ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and workmanship standards
  • Building strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Mentoring and developing Junior Superintendents to grow future leaders
  • Managing contract administration, labor rates, and change orders
  • Driving project completion plans and overseeing job cost updates and cash flow
  • Conducting performance evaluations and recommending organizational improvements

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of construction experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
  • Proven success in water/wastewater treatment plant projects
  • Strong background in mechanical/process systems and cast-in-place concrete
  • Experience with municipal/public works and self-performing general contractors
  • Proficiency in RFI management, change orders, and scheduling tools like Primavera P6
  • TWIC certification and refinery experience are a plus
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team leadership skills

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $165000.00/yr.
