Commercial Superintendent

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking for a skilled COMMERCIAL SUPERINTENDENT to join a fast growing commercial real estate developer and builder. There is some travel required with this position.

COMMERCIAL SUPERINTENDENT RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards

• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and on site personnel to maintain schedules and safety

• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any issues and ensure project alignment

• Maintain detailed daily reports, track progress, and communicate updates to stakeholders

• Lead and train junior superintendents and others

COMMERCIAL SUPERINTENDENT REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years' experience in commercial construction, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role

• Ability to reach and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Degree in construction related field preferred, but knowledge and experience is valued over degrees

• OSHA 30 preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
