What you'll do
- Handle all administrative duties assigned by VP of Sales and Area Sales Managers
- Update Sales and Closings recap for the week
- Administer and track all aspects of sales contracts, addendums and change orders, customer deposits, closings and customer care.
- Review for accuracy and process sales contract paperwork and assist in maintaining accuracy and completion on closing backlog and contingency reports.
- Administer and track all aspects of initial sales contracts and subsequent items received including but not limited to: Options Addendums, Additional Deposits, Contract Addendums and Change Orders etc.
- Scans, Saves and Distributes initial sales contracts and subsequent items received including but not limited to: Options Addendums, Additional Deposits, Contract Addendums and Change Orders etc. to Lender, Closing Agent and New Home Consultant
- Reviews, Scans and Distributes initial SPEC/QMR paperwork and subsequent changes received including but not limited to: Options Addendums, Change Orders etc.
- Assists in maintaining accuracy on Closing Report, Backlog Report, Hold Report, Outstanding Items Report and Contingency Reports
- Assists with sales training
- Process Cancellation files
- Manage third party inspections
- New sold starts - enter in JDE all pertinent details related to contract.
- Communicate with NHCs, Title and MHF.
- Other duties as needed.
What you bring
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Multi-task oriented
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and JDE (or similar)
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
- A solid understanding of confidentiality and possess the ability to maintain extreme confidentiality on dealing with sensitive corporate issues
- Exceptionally polished and professional
