We are seeking a motivated Junior Project Architect to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a diverse range of projects in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Position Overview: The Junior Project Architect supports senior staff in all phases of architectural projectsfrom conceptual design through construction administration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically skilled, and thrives in managing multiple priorities while contributing to the design and execution of quality projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of conceptual, schematic, and design development documents.

Support construction documentation and detailing in Revit and AutoCAD.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, clients and internal team members.

Participate in site visits, field surveys, and construction administration.

Conduct product and code research to inform design solutions.

Assist in project QC, budgeting, and schedule management.

Help maintain project documentation and contribute to all client deliverables.

Lead or participate in client and consultant meetings as needed.

Support all aspects of the permitting process, including direct communication with plan reviewers or agency officials of multiple jurisdictions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

2-5 years of experience in architectural practice (8+ years preferred for advanced consideration).

Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD; familiarity with SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, BIM360, and MS Office.

Strong understanding of construction detailing, codes (CBC, ADA), and contract administration processes (RFIs, submittals, change orders).

Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects with strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written, verbal, and graphic communication skills.

Experience in commercial, healthcare, industrial, interiors, or retail sectors is preferred.

Licensed or progress toward architectural licensure is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Advanced detailing and technical documentation capabilities.

Working knowledge of building systems, space planning, and code compliance.

Ability to mentor junior staff and collaborate with senior team members.

Demonstrated leadership potential and problem-solving ability.
