With over 15,000 units built across 60+ cities and 15+ states , this company has a proven track record in market-rate multifamily , HUD , student housing , and senior living developments . They are seeking an Impact Player to join their growing team, drive results, and help deliver complex, high-profile projects from the ground up. What You'll Do Lead all on-site construction operations, managing field staff, subcontractors, and schedules Enforce project plans, safety standards, and quality control measures Coordinate logistics, inspections, and material deliveries for complex, high-density sites Supervise construction of mid-rise buildings (5-12 stories) , often involving 2+ levels of structural concrete Ensure compliance with local codes, company policies, and project specifications Travel to active job sites across the Southeast U.S. as required What We're Looking For 3+ years as a Project Superintendent for a general contractor with expertise and proven success with multifamily, student housing, senior living, and/or mixed-use developments Experience with large-scale multifamily or mixed-use new construction projects ( $50M-$100M+) Experience with mid-rise (5-12 story) buildings with 2+ levels of structural concrete, and familiarity with the use of tower cranes Willingness and flexibility to travel regionally as project needs dictate Why Join?
