Night Supervisor Job Description The Night Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations during the swing shift, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining safety and environmental standards. This role involves managing staff, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Responsibilities Oversee the extraction and processing of materials, ensuring that production targets are met. Order parts and maintain maintenance schedule. Supervise and manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations. Ensure that all operations are conducted safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations. Implement and monitor environmental policies to minimize the impact of operations on the surrounding environment. Manage the budget, including cost control and financial planning. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment. Prepare and present reports on operations, including production data, safety incidents, and financial performance. Essential Skills Experience in construction and project management. Strong management and supervision skills. Proficiency in welding and fabrication. Ability to manage schedules effectively. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in shop management. Work Environment The role involves working during the night shift with hours from 3pm to 1am and occasional Saturdays from 5am to 1pm.
