CNC Machine Operator Job Description We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator to set up and manage CNC machines, translating engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for production. The ideal candidate will ensure the CNC machine operates according to company guidelines, oversee machine operations, and make necessary adjustments to improve results. Responsibilities Set up and manage CNC machines. Translate engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for production. Ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with company guidelines. Oversee the machines during task execution and make necessary adjustments. Perform daily checks on machinery to ensure functionality. Record all machine actions by completing production and quality logs. Provide timelines to clients and communicate logistics issues. Ensure machining process results align with client expectations. Conduct regular assessments of CNC machines. Essential Skills Experience in machine operation. Production experience. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Skill in using calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools. CNC machine setup and programming experience. Proficiency in machining processes. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in metals environment. Experience operating and setting up CNC machines. Machine setup experience. Bilingual abilities are a plus. Why Work Here?
