Construction Worker Flooring and Tile Installer

We're looking for a skilled Flooring and Tile Installer to join a team of construction pros making an impact throughout the Portland area. If you enjoy hands-on work, being part of a solid crew, and seeing your work come to life on floors, walls, and beyondthis is the job for you! In this role, you'll be working on a variety of residential and commercial projects, installing tile, wood, laminate, and other types of flooring. We're looking for someone with a good eye for detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to get the job done right. Every project is a little different, so if you like variety and working with your hands, you'll fit right in. Whether you're a seasoned tile setter or have a few years of solid flooring experience, we'd love to connect. What You'll Be Doing: Install tile, vinyl, laminate, hardwood, and other flooring materials with precision and care Prepare work surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and measuring Cut, fit, and lay materials according to design plans and specifications Mix and apply adhesives, grout, and finishes Inspect finished work for accuracy, durability, and cleanliness Follow job site safety standards and company policies Read and interpret blueprints or layout drawings as needed Communicate with team leads and clients to ensure expectations are met Assist with job site cleanup and general labor as needed Benefits: 401(k) Medical Insurance Optical Coverage Dental Coverage Life Insurance Short-Term Disability Coverage Apply Online or Visit Us in Person!
