General Laborer / Skilled Helper for Outdoor Project

I run a small, creative landscaping company based in the Austin area. Were working on a large, hands-on project in Spicewood and Im looking for dependable help.

This is outdoor, physical workraking, shoveling, moving materials, assisting with machines. Its hot. Youll sweat. If youve got skills in irrigation, carpentry, welding, stone work, or landscapingthats a plus. If youre willing to learn and work hard, Ill train you.

If you have an artistic eye or a background in design, sculpture, or making things with carethis might be more than just a job. I build unique, bespoke outdoor spaces for clients that value artistry.

• $18$22/hr for general labor
• $24$30/hr for skilled help
