Our client is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager in the DFW Area (with travel opportunities)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial construction, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. This role requires a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and manage construction documents including project plans, specifications, and shop drawings.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with owners, architects, and contractors throughout all project phases.
- Apply a deep understanding of commercial construction means and methods to ensure project success.
- Lead project teams with strong communication and leadership skills.
- Utilize construction management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Oversee multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Foster a team-oriented environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal formats.
- Serve as a bilingual liaison (Spanish/English) to support diverse teams and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in commercial construction project management.
- Strong knowledge of construction documentation and processes.
- Proficiency in Procore, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and other industry-related software.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.

Must submit a project list to demonstrate the scaled, type and complexity of the projects managed.
