Cabinet Shop Foreman

We are looking for the right individual with custom cabinet experience, must be able to cut materials, build cabinets, cabinet doors, and most important, lead and direct employees how to run a successful cabinet shop.

CNC Experience is defiantly a plus Minimum of 5 years experience "In a Cabinet Shop" (Not looking for a Carpenter) and the ability to run a successful cabinet shop with 18 successful years in the business.

We work Monday thru Friday, 40-45 hours per week and vacation pay after 1 year. We start at 7:00 AM and work 9-10 hour days and 1/2 days on Friday if the workload is met.

We have a "Zero" late or "No Show" during the first 90 day Policy, so if it's your habit to be late, save us both the headache.

No tools required, must have a "Valid Texas DL", SSN Card (we take out insurance).

We have our own door department and bringing on a new CNC machine at this writing. Install is the only aspect of our cabinet shop we use outside contractors for.

You must be able to read and write English, read a tape measurement, read plans, and have excellent communication skills. I am looking for the right individual to take over the day to day process so I can continue my marketing, designing, and working with the day to day paperwork required to make a business more successful.

I am not looking to hire the first individual that walks through the door, I want resume's, interviews, and vet our future candidate.

We are a small shop with 3 employees working in the shop. We have an outside crew to help with our installs, but sometimes we have to install.
