SUMMARY

The Machine Operator is responsible for setting up and operating the burn table to process plate materials.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Select correct machine settings for optimal burning, drilling, and processing operations
• Measure materials to ensure conformance with design specifications
• Select appropriate material type, stock size and dimensions as required
• Transfer data onto materials
• Keep a clean, organized and safe work area
• Keep and manage an accurate record of daily operations and materials usage

REQUIREMENTS

• Must have experienced operating CNC machines
• Experienced with operating overhead crane is preferred
• Ability to interpret CAD drawings, symbols, and notes
• Ability to read tape measure to within 1/16"
• Ability to stand for a prolonged period of time
