- Manage and oversee survey projects from inception to completion.
- Prepare proposals and job estimates for survey projects.
- Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Carlson software for drafting and project management.
- Conduct topographic and ALTA surveys as needed.
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure accurate and timely survey data collection.
- Ensure all survey work complies with state regulations and standards.
- Travel to job sites as necessary to oversee field activities and ensure project milestones are met.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 5+ years of survey experience in both the field and office.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Carlson software.
- State Survey license or ability to obtain State license.
- Experience with proposal preparation and job estimates.
- Strong computer skills.
- Experience with land surveying, topographic surveys, civil engineering, land development, and survey software.
- The position may require travel to job sites to oversee field activities. It is primarily an office-based role focused on project management.
