Construction Project Manager /Construction Superintendent

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager / Construction Superintendent to oversee all phases of construction projects, from initial planning to completion. This hybrid role requires a dynamic individual capable of managing project timelines, budgets, subcontractors, and on-site construction activities to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency.
Salary: Competitive, based on experience 60,000- 75,000 per year
Job Duties:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to close-out.
Supervise crews ensuring quality of work, keeping projects on target and within budget
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.
Manage project documentation including contracts, RFIs, change orders, submittals, and punch lists.
Communicate with clients, and project teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Supervise daily field operations and on-site construction activities.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, trades, and vendors to ensure project schedules and quality are maintained.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure work meets specifications and safety standards.
Enforce safety protocols and conduct job site safety meetings.
Resolve any on-site issues or delays promptly to avoid disruption to project timelines.
Requirements:
Proven experience (5+ years) in construction project management and/or superintendent roles.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications.
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Builder Trend).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
OSHA certification and a valid driver's license are required, with a clean record.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred (Not Required) Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Experience with both commercial and residential construction projects.
