Entry Level Welder / Fabricator

Position Overview:**We are seeking an Entry-Level Welder to join our team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates of welding programs or individuals looking to begin a career in welding. The successful candidate will work under the supervision of experienced welders and learn on the job while assisting in various welding and fabrication tasks.**Responsibilities:**- Assist with welding and metal fabrication projects- Set up and operate basic welding equipment (MIG, TIG, Stick)- Measure, cut, and assemble metal components- Maintain a clean and safe work environment- Follow safety procedures and wear proper protective equipment- Learn and apply welding techniques under supervision**Qualifications:**- High school diploma or GED required- Completion of a certified welding program or equivalent hands-on experience preferred- Ability to read basic blueprints and tape measure- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail- Willingness to learn and take direction- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods**Preferred Qualifications:**- Basic knowledge of MIG, TIG, or Stick welding processes- Valid drivers license
